RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

We will gladly accept eligible returns within seven (7) days of the purchase date. 
As part of the commitment to exceptional service we established a transparent fee for returns. There will be a flat 4% restocking fee.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

*A return request must be submitted through your Debsluxurycloset account within 7 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number)
*Our Debsluxurycloset tag(if one on) and Authenticity Certificate must be attached to receive a full refund.
*Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund
*There is a 4% Restocking Fee

Debsluxurycloset is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returns while they are in transit until the moment they are received and inspected by DEBSLUXURYCLOSET (and we confirm the item(s) are accounted for and in original condition)
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU TRY TO SEND A REPLICA BAG INSTEAD OF ORIGINAL,  IT IS OUR DUTY TO DESTROY IT! FOR IT IS ILLEGAL TO TRANSPORT SUCH GOODS.

REFUNDS

Within 2-4 business days after item received, it will be inspected and refund given. You will receive a refund to your original payment method. Minus a 4% Restocking Fee. If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to the account.
If you pay with Affirm, there will be a 8% restocking fee to your refund. This is because Affirm will not refund us the initial 8% fee upon processing a refund.

Debsluxurycloset cannot accept International returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.

Debs Luxury Closet guarantees that all items sold through our store or our site are 100% Authentic or your money back. All products we have are inspected for brand-specific guidelines and are put through a rigorous 12-step process to weed out even the best fakes.  Authenticity is guaranteed on every item!
